Matt & Jansci

Matt and Jansci Oxenham met back in the heady 90’s when they worked together at then-popular Burdekin Hotel in Sydney’s Oxford Street. Serving up cocktails side by side and working crazy hours forged a lifelong passion in hospitality – and love – for these two. They’ve masterminded and run a succession of amazing local dining concepts since then, including Foodies in Sans Souci and Cup & Cook in Kyle Bay.

Chef Marco​

Chef Marco joined Cup & Cook in 2022, bringing years of kitchen craft and a creative streak. He’s all about perfect pastry, seasonal fruit, and the buttery details that make every bite memorable.

Today he leads our bake bench, shaping croissants, custards and tarts. He dreams up irresistible Breakfast and Lunch Specials that keep locals coming back for more.
